The visual image is at the core of what I do, photography, design and creativity is a set of skills which my customers rely on.
The image never compromises the technology, which must be fast, clean and deliver what the customer wants. A client's brief is imperative and I work in partnership to deliver what is needed.
I have worked with a various prestigious clients including The National Trust for Scotland, Edinburgh Science Festival, and The Royal Botanic Gardens taking photographs, creating 360 degree high resolution virtual tours, designing, constructing and installing exhibitions, displays and signage. Over the last few years, I have photographically recorded the construction and journey of a major new whisky distillery as part of their launch and ongoing marketing initiative. Even such diverse projects as lighting and sound design and installation for major events and packaging design.
My work with hotels has evolved as their business needs and challenges move on. Providing photography, design and build of websites, offering ongoing servicing and updating.
I also advise a cohesive approach to design. Whilst a website can sometimes be the main tool to tell the story about what a business has to offer, clients have gained enormous benefit from rolling out that story in a joined up way through the design of such simple things as magazine advertising, brochures, menu covers, cards, signage etc. which, done well, gently reinforce the brand and draw the customer in.
If your brief is purely photography, I would be delighted to work with you. If it goes beyond that, in terms of technology and design, I have a wealth of experience to draw on.
